"Don't save something for a special occasion, every day of your life is a special occasion."

The corset was originally born as an undergarment, it was worn under the dress, it had to shape the woman's body, forcing it with the help of stiff, heavy and often sharp bones, and very boring strings, to look attractive. Over time, the corset has returned to being part of the female wardrobe with new features that have made it more easy to wear. Nonetheless, it still retains this meaning of "sexy garment" and a little uncomfortable, which can only be flaunted on certain occasions. With "Stravàga" I decided to clear these prejudices about the corset and decline it in a series of extremely versatile and imaginative variants, easy to wear and perfect to be combined by playing with "layering", or the overlapping, in this case, between garments. My corsets ride the wave of this intriguing trend, which has now gone viral on the catwalks. Thus, they can be worn over a shirt, a turtleneck in winter, or directly in contact with the skin, under a nice "blazer".
